We are to become the three great offices of the Old Testament–prophet, priest and king. When we become Christians and we are Baptized and confirmed, all of us become in God's eyes prophets, priests, and kings. Not the priesthood of the Pope or the Church, but we have a special priesthood of all believers, we are kings in God's eyes, and we are anointed at our Confirmation prophet, priest, and king.
