All earthly words and categories fail when we try to construct even a shadowy picture of the fullness of the presence of God in heaven. It is a fullness beyond time, with the power of entering at will into time. In heaven, God is everything; everything belongs to him. His ageless eternity matches the infinity of his being. The Son comes from this fullness. |
