Wisdom from Gerhard Cardinal Müller

I have never understood how Western countries, with negative rates of population growth and ever-increasing rates of life expectancy, do not recognize and sustain the will of those few who, very generously, are inclined to form a large family. On the contrary, those who should be the object of our admiration are irrationally treated with negative mockery or discriminated against with unfair indirect taxes, when they should be favored with special social policies, because even from the point of view of self-interest, those children are our future, and it is they who will support the elderly of tomorrow with their economic contribution.
